I’m a former educator turned senior content designer. For years, I wrote at a 6th-grade level so my students would understand. Now, I write at a 6th-grade level so everyone can understand. I’ve been a teacher, writing professor, and school principal. Now I design content systems, write LLM prompts, and build the AI experiences that help people make decisions. I also coach and hire writers, lead user research interviews, and develop style guides, because good content still starts with knowing your audience.
